5月19日上午，高楼派出所接到协查通告，瑞安一名买家在某网店多次购买衣物并收货后发起“仅退款不退货”，诉求涉案金额超两万元。经过缜密侦查，警方锁定了嫌疑人李某，并立即前往现场。

面对上门的民警，李某有点出乎意料。她认为，自己最多算“占小便宜”，辩称“仅退款”都是商家同意的。

随后，民警查获多个行李袋里面塞满了一年四季的服饰，有的甚至连快递包装都未拆，均是从涉事网店购得。

民警将李某带回所里，经过进一步调查后，得知李某第一次在涉事网店购物时，因为不想要刚买的衣服就申请了“仅退款”操作。按照平台“仅退款”的规则，商家如果超过24小时没有处理，系统就会自动将货款原路退回。由于商家已发货，且未及时处理，李某不仅收到了自动退回的钱，也照样拿到了网购的衣服。

李某发现漏洞后，心生贪念多次在涉事网店下单衣服。等商家发货后，又马上发起“仅退款”。

经查，李某已在涉事网店实施了七十余次相同操作。目前，李某因涉嫌诈骗罪，已被警方刑事拘留。
