10月17日，有网民反映在黄果树旅游景区自带相机拍照遭遇摄影经营户阻拦。

黄果树旅游区工管委和贵州黄果树旅游集团股份有限公司第一时间开展调查处置。经查，与游客发生争执并阻止拍照的人员为景区内摄影经营户。事件发生时，景区工作人员第一时间在现场对三名摄影经营户的违规行为进行了劝阻协调。相关职能部门随后介入调查，对涉及的摄影经营户进行批评教育并作出停业整顿处理，同时对景区内摄影等业态开展专项整治。

此次事件的发生，为游客带来了不好的体验，我们深表歉意。对事件暴露出的景区管理盲点，我们闻过则喜、闻过立改，全面整改加强景区管理，全面净化旅游生态，全面提升旅游体验，让开心多一点，不愉快少一点。
