4月25日，针对此事，北京市两高（上海）律师事务所管理委员会主任唐兴华向南都记者回应，“我们上海分所已经注意到了有关情况。我们有较为完备的管理制度，分所将综合各方面的情况，作出妥善的处理。感谢您的关心，也期待您多提宝贵意见。”
南都此前报道，涉事女律师近日在网帖评论区称，“去做擦边直播吧，我做律师收入月入5000，直播收入月入2万左右”。其视频风格是舞蹈和普法内容的结合，视频开端通常是穿着紧身衣服，露肚脐或肩膀，跳一段热舞后，展露身材的曲线，随后换上正装正襟危坐，开始针对一些热点新闻事件或者法律咨询连麦来做普法内容。
4月20日，该女律师视频回应称是开玩笑说了这句话，“本身的直播内容是没有跳擦边舞的，视频不包含任何擦边元素，最多是有点抽象罢了。”对于这两句评论造成的舆论，她说，“我感到很抱歉，今后一定会谨言慎行。”
4月22日，广东诺臣律师事务所合伙人律师杨治东向南都记者表示，“其表演虽‘擦边’，但确实不属于淫秽色情表演，不存在刑事违法。”
4月24日，南都记者在多个社交平台搜索发现，涉事律师的多条视频已下架或将开端跳舞部分删除，而此前公开道歉的视频和文字也已删除，不过某社交平台上仍保留了其纯跳舞的视频。
该名女律师的粉丝量也在持续上涨，其中一个社交平台的账号短短两日涨了数万粉丝。
